The Ohio State Buckeyes were behind in this game by as many as eighteen points. I watched the last three quarters of this game. The score was fourteen to three in Penn State’s favor.

When it was twenty one to three I thought this may turn into a route. Each team scored in every quarter. This was an offensive shootout to a certain extent.

Ohio State Buckeyes created five hundred twenty nine yards of offense. While Penn State only created two hundred eighty three yards on offense, they were able to score thirty eight points. Ohio State led this only once, towards the end which game them a victory.

Ohio State fumbled the ball twice. Neither team threw any interceptions. Special teams were huge in this game.

Penn State scored a touchdown on the ensuing kickoff. Ohio State outscored Penn State Nittany Lions nineteen to three in the fourth quarter to win. Their starting quarterback J.T. Barrett completed his last sixteen passes and threw for three hundred thirty eight yards.

Penn State had an interception in their end zone call reversed. They were awarded a touchdown instead. Also, Ohio State missed a couple of two point conversions.

Penn State had the ball with less than two minutes left, but could not drive down the field for a game winning field goal. Penn State plays Michigan State on the road in their next contest. Meanwhile, Ohio State travels to play Iowa.

Penn State is battling Ohio State and Michigan State for the Big Ten east division lead. Wisconsin with eight wins is the only team in the Big Ten without any losses after todays loss by Penn State.
