Warriors vs Rockets April 28, 2019 Playoff Game #7

The Warriors go to L.A. and look to close out the series to play the Rockets who advanced in 5 games against Utah. The Clippers have momentum from last game and want to force game 7. Both teams start well on offense but it is the Warriors who are in front as the score going into the second is 35-31. The Clippers just cannot stop the Warriors as they add onto their already huge lead as the score going into the fourth quarter is 102-78. The Warriors come back to Oakland looking to finish this series for resting and practice. The Clippers will fight until the game is over and will not go down without a fight. The game starts high scoring as both teams combine for 78 points in the first as the score is 41-37 with the Warriors ahead. The Clippers have a crucial second quarter as they outscore the Warriors by 12 which helps them take the lead as the score is 71-63 at the half. The Warriors come into this game 4 wanting a win so they can close out the series at home in game 5. The Clippers are looking to bounce back and tie the series at two apiece. The Warriors are coming into the game with lots of determination because of the blown lead from game 2. The Clippers and Patrick Beverley look to get under their skin like last game and take the lead. The Warriors show some of that anger as they start with a bang and a big lead making the score 41-24. The Warriors hold off the Clippers by a little as they extend the lead going into the half to make the score 73-52. The Warriors know they can’t lose their grip on this game like last game as they add on 12 more points as the score going into the fourth is 109-76. The Clippers only win in a quarter is only by three which is not close to what they need as the Warriors will go up 2-1 in the series with a final score of 132-105. Kevin Durant leads the Warriors with 38 and Ivaca Zubac leads the Clippers with 18 points. The series stays here in Staples Center as the Warriors have a chance to make it 3-1 and finish it off at home.

The Warriors coming into this game up 1-0 and look to make that 2-0. The Clippers put up a fight but have to focus to win this game. The Warriors start the game off right and proving they are the one seed as they take the first lead in the game as the score is 33-25. The Warriors strike again as they outscore the Clippers in the second by 15 to make the score 73-50. The Clippers answer back as the lead is now a possible comeback as the score going into the fourth is 108-94. The Clippers stun the Warriors as at one point the Clippers were down by 31 and make a historic comeback to take game 2 with a score of 131-135. Stephen Curry leads the Warriors with 29 and Lou Williams leads the Clippers with 36. The Series will shift over to L.A. as the Clippers can defend their home court to take the lead in the series.

Warriors vs Clippers April 13, 2019 Playoff Game #1

The Warriors are coming into their last Conference quarterfinals in Oracle Arena. The Clippers are hoping to do the same as the other teams because no top seed team has won on Saturday. The Warriors will start the game off with a lead to work with as the score is 36-27. The Clippers had it but the Warriors strike late in the second to add to their lead as the score at halftime is 69-56. The Warriors almost put the dagger in the third as the Clippers need to pick up the pace if they want to put pressure on the Warriors because score going into the fourth is 98-79. The Clippers do win the fourth but not enough to beat the Warriors as they are closer to advancing now because of the final score being 121-104. Stephen Curry leads the Warriors with 38 and Montrezl Harrell leads the Clippers with 26. Both teams will play in Oakland for Game 2 of the series.

Warriors vs Grizzlies April 10, 2019

The Warriors are here to get some practice before their first playoff game coming soon. The Grizzlies are playing for fun and look towards the offseason to sign a big player. The first is very high scoring as both teams score combine up to 86 as the Grizzlies have the early lead which makes the score 45-41. The Grizzlies add on to their lead by a lot as the score going into halftime is 68-86. The Grizzlies add on even more on to their pile as the Warriors will have to catch up quite a bit if they want to win the game as the score is 90-114. The Warriors do have a push but it was too late as the Grizzlies will take this one with a final score of 117-132. The Warriors will Clippers in the first round of the playoffs and the Grizzlies can relax as their season has come to a close.

The Warriors have clinched the first seed and are playing to get ready for the playoffs. The Pelicans are a mess and still have to deal with Anthony Davis who wants to go somewhere else. The game starts very slow as the Pelicans have the early lead in the first to make the score 18-19. The second quarter also is close as the Warriors even it up at halftime to make the score 56-56. The third is all Warriors as they take the lead going into the fourth as the score is 88-79. The Pelicans try but don’t try enough as the Warriors will take it with a final score of 112-103. Demarcus Cousins leads the Warriors with 21 and Jahlil Okafor leads the Pelicans with 30 points. The Warriors will play the Grizzlies in their final regular season game and the Pelicans can relax as they finished their season and did not make the playoffs.

Warriors vs Clippers April 7, 2019

The Warriors have a chance at clinching the first seed in the Western Conference with a win today and wearing their “We Believe” jerseys for their last regular season game in Oracle Arena. The Clipper have clinched the playoffs and look to go up in the standings. The game starts close but the Warriors have a small early lead as the score is 32-28. The Warriors extend their lead over the Clippers to make the score at halftime 62-55. The Warriors have a monster third to make their lead huge as the score will be 104-73. Although the Clippers win the fourth, it doesn’t matter because the game was a blowout as the final score will be 131-104 to clinch the first seed in the Western Conference. Stephen Curry leads the Warriors with 27 and Landry Shamet leads the Clippers with 17 points. The Warriors will play the Pelicans and the Clippers will play their last regular season game against the Jazz.
